WIC Certifying Authority
Education/Licensure:
Bachelor's
or Master’s degree from an accredited college with at least 12 hours of
food and nutrition and at least 6 hours of science.
or
Nutrition Professional as defined by Texas WIC Policy for a Certifying Authority including:
- Registered or licensed vocational nurse (RN/LVN)
- Registered or Licensed Dietician (RD/LD)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: WIC
Supervisor: WIC Director
Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience and education level

Current license to practice as a vocational nurse in Texas.

Salary Range: $36,000 – $42,000 annually
